Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart. Willoughby, Milagrous "Milo", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd E. Willoughby; dear daughter of the late Juan Muniz and Francisca Javier Arocho; loving mother of the late Douglas Willoughby and the late Cynthia Selman; proud grandmother of Tony Willoughby, Shelly Duboeuf, Brad Willoughby, Sherlyn (Lawrence) Weisz, and Suzanne (Jason)Camenzind; great-grandmother of ten; dear sister of Faye. "Milo" was self-employed in antique doll sales in St. Charles, MO. and was active in many organizations and groups over the years, collecting and dealing with antique and dolls and organizations at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
