Mildred Oleta Cornett

Mildred Oleta Cornett (nee Cornett), of St. Charles, MO, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, at the age of 88. Beloved daughter of the late Iva Olevia and John Calvin Cornett; devoted mother of Traci Dorey and Ronald (Vicki) Cooper; cherished grandmother of five and great-grandmother of ten, and loving aunt.  

Milly loved fishing, and she had a remarkable gift for frying up the most delicious and mouth-watering catch of the day. But that's not all that made her special. She was a warm, talkative, and friendly person, always eager to strike up a conversation with anyone and everyone she met. Her family, especially her grandchildren, were the center of her universe, and she doted on them with all her heart. Milly was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
