Mildred Evelyn Brandon

Mildred Evelyn Brandon (nee Barron), of Elsberry, MO, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of Loren R. Brandon; cherished daughter of the late Thomas Floyd and Bertie Lance Barron. Devoted mother of Marty (Peggy) Dupree, Lora Lee (Greg) Scharnhorst, Clifton Ray (Lois Jean) Brandon, Martha Sue Prater, and the late Kevin Earl Dupree; loving grandmother of eleven; treasured great grandmother of twenty-two; two great great grandchildren; dear sister of Wanda Barty, and Dolly Wood, the late Tom Barron, the late Harry Barron, the late Katherine Burt, the late Juanita Samuels, the late Leonard Barron, the late Winifred "Tootsie" Evrard.

Evelyn loved to cook, bake, and feed people. She was a classic southern lady. Evelyn also enjoyed gardening. She was a loving grandmother and was married to Loren for almost 60 years. Evelyn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Evelyn's name to Parkinson's Research.
