Mildred Joan Fulton

Mildred Joan Fulton (nee Anderson), of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Marvin Fulton; devoted daughter of the late Hardy Troy and Rebecca  Anderson; loving mother of Rebecca (the late Chuck) Smith; Marvin “Van” (Eileen) Fulton, Jr., Martha (Aaron) Rampani, Janine (Mark) Nellesen, Tammy Westhoelter, and the late David (Linda) Fulton; cherished grandmother of 18; precious great-grandmother of 38 and great-great-grandmother of 9; dear sister, aunt, and cousin. 

Mildred was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed traveling, especially back to her home state of Mississippi. Mildred often took trips with her late husband, Marvin. Together, they were married 51 years before his passing. 

Mildred had a big family and cherished every moment spent with each and every one of them. She always prioritized family time. Mildred enjoyed sewing and cooking. She had a garden from which she'd can her vegetables. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, cards, or reading a good book and watching the grandchildren play sports. Mildred was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
