Molly Gantney

Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels. Molly Gantney of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, October 5, 2009, at the age of 85. Dear daughter of the late Clarence Drexel and the late Ruth Drexel (Nee: Hagan); loving mother of Terry (Kathy) Gantney and Ruth (Jr. Phillips) Gantney, and mother-in-law of Alma Gantney; treasured grandmother of 6, great-grandmother of 14, and great-great-grandmother of 4; dear step-sister of Jane. She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Gantney, her grandson, Jason Gantney, her brothers, Bobby and Donny Drexel, and her sister, Jeanie Schoft. Molly was a Housekeeper at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, for many years. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary #2866 and the Military Order of Cootie, PT5.
