Nancy Anne McCullough, of Foley, MO, passed away at the age of 81 on Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse McCullough; her children, Thomas McCullough, Tracy McCullough, and Tabitha (Kye) Riggle; her parents, Victor and Irma Blanchette; and two brothers, George and John Blanchette.
Nancy is survived by her children, Terry (Gretchen Gossman) McCullough, Toby (Donna) McCullough, Tammy McCullough, Tonya (Paul Scozzari) McCullough, Ted (Cassie) McCullough, Todd McCullough, and Tiffany McCullough; her thirty-two grandchildren; her thirty-four great-grandchildren; her sisters, Joyce Wells, Patricia Blanchette, and Vicky Ralston; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Nancy was a very devout Catholic who often spoke of homesteading in Washington state. She was fond of hunting with her dad. When her kids were young, Nancy once worked making bicycles and that made her kids very proud.
Nancy was a talented baker who made fun cakes that had the whole neighborhood lined up to buy. With cookie cutters she made by herself, she made heart shaped cookies which she delighted people by giving out. For fun, Nancy liked to knit, crochet, and canning fruit from her garden.
Above everything, Nancy was a very loving and protective mother. She valued education and always put an emphasis on learning. Nancy treasured the fun she had with her children and cherished the memories they all made together over the years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
