Nelson G. Hamrick

Hamrick, Nelson G., of O'Fallon, MO (formerly of Bergoo, WV and Bella Vista, AR), died on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Ruth Anne Hamrick (nee: Kidd); beloved son of the late William Jackson and Nettie Jane Hamrick; devoted father of Catherine G. (Thomas) Zimmerman, Kimberly A. (Tracy) Fisher, and Margaret A. (Thad) Hall; cherished grandfather of Nicholas Zimmerman, Zachary Fisher, Michael Fisher, Lance Hall, Louis Hall, Frank Hall, and Grace Hall. He is preceded in death by his siblings Vada, Ruby, Lessie, Clayton, Seybert, Attie, and Price.
Nelson spent his career as a Customer Information Systems (CIS) Computer Consultant. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII and continued to serve in the Honor Guard Bella Vista for many years. Nelson loved the outdoors and playing golf, but especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in honor of his Grandson, Frank Hall.
