Nelson M. McMillan, of Troy, MO, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at the age of 88. Loving husband of the late Bonnie J. McMillan; beloved son of the late Hadley and Gladys McMillan; devoted father of Bobby J. (Diane) McMillan, Judy A. (Gerald) Boehmer, and Donna Smith; dear brother of Frankie (John) Small, and Bueton (Bryan) Ulmer; cherished grandfather of Eric N. (Anna) McMillan, Sarah I. (William) Lammering, Aaron D. McMillan, Tracy A. Boehmer, and Eric L. (Alicia) Boehmer; treasured great-grandfather of Justin A. Boehmer and Cameron J. Boehmer. Nelson is preceded in death by his brother, James D. McMillan.
Nelson was a faithful member of St. Theodore Parish in Flint Hill, MO. Nelson was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
The family request no flowers. Memorials may be made in Nelson's name to masses.
There will be no public visitation prior to the Funeral Mass.
