Neva DeCoster was borh to Peter and Mary Downs in Mineola, MO and is preceded in death by her loving parents. Mrs. DeCoster was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Latter Day Saints, O'Fallon, MO. She is survived by a daughter, Martha Boschert (Kirk) of St. Peters, MO and a son, Victor DeCoster (Shirley) of Montgomery, TX; six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Mrs. DeCoster is preceded in death by her dear spouse, Harold V. DeCoster; a brother, William Downs; two sisters: Minerva McCarty and Maudie Wilke; a half sister, Molly Oliver and a half brother, Tom Downs.
