Isert, Nona M. nee: Frey of St. Charles Missouri, formerly of Florissant, Missouri, died on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at the age of 97. Loving wife of the late Lavern J. Isert; beloved daughter of the late George and Cecelia Frey; devoted mother of Janet Ryder and Judith (William) Nichols; cherished grandmother of Sandra, Bonnie, Timothy and Suzanne; treasured great-grandmother of nine; dear sister of Donald Frey, Dennis (Eileen) Frey, and the late Vernon Frey.
