Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association. Roesner, Norbert "Norb", of Old Monroe, Missouri, died on Friday, February 15, 2008 at the age of 83. Dear son of the late Fred Roesner and Lydia Roesner (nee Purler); devoted husband of the late Lorraine C. Roesner; beloved father of Michael R. Roesner, Dallas J. (Tammy) Roesner, Bruce E. (Joyce) Roesner and Karen M. Roesner; loving brother of Berdell (Jerry) Hoelting; cherished grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 2. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, Franklin and Casper Roesner and his sister, Bernice Pilla. Norbert served in the Army / US 7th Horse Calvary at Fort Riley, Kansas in 1943; he was a member of the Ironworkers Local#396, St. Louis MO and was the caretaker of the Horseshoe Club in O'Fallon, MO for 28 years. Services: The Family is being served by The Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Friday, February 22, 2008 4:00-9:00 PM Funeral Service will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO Interment St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
