Beloved husband of Anna Marie Stegman; loving father of Nancy (David) Molitor, Robert N. (Sandra) Stegman and Susan (Jeffrey) Crank; dear brother of Daniel (JoAnn) Stegman, Delores (Joseph) Jones and David Stegman; grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 9; preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Mr. Stegman was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, past Commander of American Legion Post 447, past Alderman for O'Fallon, a member of the Volunteer Fire Department of O'Fallon, an active member of O'Fallon VFW and American Legion. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years of service.
