Applegate, Norman "Butch", of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the age of 65. Loving husband of Elaine Ann Applegate (nee: Heaton); beloved son of the late Lawrence and Ethel Applegate; devoted father of John (Cindy) Applegate, Kimberly (Andrew Dwiggins) Applegate, James (Shelby) Applegate, and Kelly Applegate-Adams; cherished grandfather of Alexis, Caitlyn, Dempsey, Deacon, Lainey, Jasper, and Lily; dear brother of Karen (Gary) Morris and Sandy Dunaway .
Butch was business owner, avid golfer, and amazing Dad and PaPa. He was a member of the VFW Post #2866 and was the Post Commander in 2011-2012. Butch served his country in the U.S. Army.
