Olive “Alene” Thomson

Thomson, Olive 'Alene', of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the age of 95. Loving wife of the late Hugh Thomson; beloved daughter of the late James and Margaret Moore; devoted mother of Kim (Dennis) Greenwood and Lisa (John) Thompson; cherished grandmother of Scott (Allison) Greenwood, Matthew (fiancee Laura Mundle) Greenwood, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Greenwood, Jesse David Thompson, and Crystal  Thompson; delighted great-grandmother of Tyler, Braden, Aiden, and Liam; loving aunt of Barbara Bagot, Judi Moore, Dave (Deb) Bagot, and Sharie (Christopher) Reynolds; great aunt of  Kelly, Shannon, Butch, Becky, Lorna, David, Danny, Paul, Connor, and Cole; special cousin of Marsha Buescher and Marian Boettiger; 'Spare' Mom of Nancy Morr, Susan Johnston, Kim Carter, Ruth Martin, and Katherine Bange; 'Spare' Grandma of Sean Twiehaus, Katherine Edwards, and Tim Faller; dear friend of Yvonne Jackson. She is survived by many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her daughter Kalene Thomson and an infant daughter, her siblings Jim (Madge) Moore and Maxine (George) Bagot, and her nephew George Bagot.

Alene was the co-owner and operator of Bamm Catering in Jennings, Missouri, she was a "Blue Ribbon Cook", and Cardinals Baseball Fan. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
