Owen is survived by his parents, Andrew of St. Louis Missouri, and Leslie of Foristell Missouri, his grandparents, Tim and Ruth Self, and great grandparents, Elmer Self of St. Louis Missouri, and Virginia McGhee of Elsinore Missouri. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Ruth Self and Lester McGhee.
