Pamela Kay Schmidt

Pamela Kay Schmidt, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the age of 64. Cherished daughter of Bonnie Jean Schmidt and the late Wayne Martin Schmidt; dear sister of Doug (Lisa) Schmidt and Don (Cathy) Schmidt; treasured aunt of Austen (Taylor) and Zachary Schmidt; Tyler, Kyle (Abigail), and Mackenzie Schmidt; great aunt of Jack and Skylar; loving cousin of Heather Sanchez, Stephanie (Craig) Beckmann and Jennifer McMillon; devoted great aunt of Jacob and Colby Sanchez, Noah and Evan Beckmann, and Oliver Murray.  

Pamela graduated from Southwest Missouri State with her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development.  She spent her career in early childhood education, most recently serving as the assistant Director of Recruitment and Training at Primrose School.  She touched the lives of many children and their families throughout her years as a director at KinderCare and in a leadership role at Primrose School. Pam was responsible for planning many creative and entertaining school programs, fundraisers and family events. She was an avid crafter and left many fond memories for her family in the beautiful scrapbooks she created.  

Her family was her life, especially her cousins who she loved as her own children. She dedicated the last 10 years of her life to caring for her mother. Pam will be remembered for her selfless caring nature and her infectious laugh. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
