Patricia Ann Owens

Patricia Ann Owens (nee Carr), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018, at the age of 76. Loving wife of the late Irvin W. Welshans and Dan (Jack Daniel) Owens; beloved daughter of the late Earnest and Helen Carr; devoted mother of Rose M. (Phillip) Parisi, Timothy W. Welshans, Ann Marie Welshans (Tim Sanders), and Brian (Sheila) Owens; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Kristen, Samantha, Elizabeth, Amanda, Lilian, Sharon, Tony, Krissy, and Danielle; treasured great-grandmother of Charlie, Layla, Joshua, and Remy; dear sister of Delores (late Paul) Lammert, Gloria (Phillip) Lucy, Pamula (Dennis) Cutter, and Cynthia (Randy) Adams. Patricia is preceded in death by her three sisters, Anita Carr, Betty McDuffie, Shirley Stock.

Patricia was a member of Toastmasters, organized a widows/widowers group, and was a PSR religion teacher at Immaculate Conception of Dardenne. She retired from Boeing after 25 years of service. Patricia loved to go shopping, enjoyed creative writing, and loved astronomy. She was a huge lover of animals. Patricia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
