Patricia Joan Cain

Patricia Joan Cain (nee Keiffer), of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the age of 84. Cherished daughter of the late Cyril and Floretta “Grams” M. Keiffer; devoted mother of Scott (Margie) Cain and Colleen (the late Wade) Zunk; dear step-mother of Jennie (Greg) Cain Pitz; loving grandmother of Jennifer Garren, Scott Johnson, Derek Cain, Britney (Jeff) Smith and MacKenzie Rosselet; treasured great-grandmother of Austin, Rhianna, Matthew, Elizabeth, Meagan, Savannah, Cypress, Leo and Lincoln; dear sister of Sheree Frantz and the late Donnie Buck; half brother and sister of Cyril “Snookie” Keiffer and the late Nancy Cassady.



Patricia was the most giving person you could ever meet. She devoted her life to helping others as a registered nurse and used her gift to help others throughout her entire life. She volunteered at American Red Cross disaster sites, offering aid and relief to those who needed it. Patricia traveled all over the United States and even spearheaded the efforts in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina hit.



Patricia was small but mighty and very social, she made friends everywhere she went. She was adventurous, seeking thrills such as riding hot air balloons and sitting with the sting rays. She also enjoyed her time travelling or sitting poolside in the sunshine with a good book. Most of all, Patricia loved her family. She took great care of them and loved the bond they shared. She had a special place in her heart for her fur-babies, 2 cats named Dora and Ladybug. Patricia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
