Patricia Poindexter

Patricia Poindexter (nee Werner), of St. Charles, MO, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at the age of 86, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Elvin Dean Poindexter; cherished daughter of the late Vincent Joseph and Una Mae Werner; loving mother of Kristi Ann Greco and the late Timothy Kevin Reily Sr; loving grandmother of Karissa Maree (Damon Joseph) Kersting; treasured great-grandmother of Tristan Joseph Kersting.

Patricia was a kind and generous woman. She dedicated much of her time volunteering within her community at local organizations. Much of her time was spent at Lindenwood Touhill and Scheidegger Center of the Arts where she enjoyed interacting with the students.

Patricia was a strong and independent woman, able to make her own home repairs and was good with technology. She worked for many years as an accountant and excelled in her field.

She loved her family dearly and enjoyed the time spent with them. She was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia also enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas whenever she could, crocheting, playing BINGO and testing her luck on the boat.  She loved crafting; making personalized cards and decorating shirts.

Patricia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Patricia’s name to The Alzheimer’s Association or To First Baptist Church of St. Charles.
