Patrick Alan Sweeney

Patrick Alan Sweeney, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the age of 56. Beloved son of Carolyn Sweeney Kidwell and the late Michael D. Sweeney of St. Charles, MO; devoted father of Michael Robert Sweeney of St. Charles, MO; dear brother of Sean M. Sweeney of St. Peters, MO; cherished nephew of David Lucas of Pennsylvania, Michael and Darlene Lucas of Florida, Brian Sweeney of Florida, and Carol Sweeney Duda of Pennsylvania; Patrick is also preceded in death by his grandparents, Michael & Julia Lucas and Michael & Helen Sweeney.

Pat’s passion was electronics, especially computers. He enjoyed spending time working on computers any chance he had. Pat had a mechanical aptitude, there wasn’t anything that he couldn’t fix. Pat loved communicating with family and friends online. The family would like to acknowledge the friendship and support of Pat’s long-time friend, Bart Niedner of Louisiana, MO. Pat was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
