Patsy J. Westerman (nee Alderman) of St. Charles, Missouri, on Friday January 26, 2018, at the age of 76. Beloved wife of 57 years to Charles R. Westerman; cherished daughter of the late Fred and Nancy Alderman; devoted mother of Terry Westerman, Rhonda Kramer, Tony (Carey) Westerman, and Arlene (Chris) Combs; loving grandmother of Britni Leitman, Tiffanie Lohden, Brad Kramer, Emma Westerman, Ben Westerman, Patrick Westerman, Thomas Westerman, Adam Westerman, and Tanner Combs; treasured great-grandmother of Louie Lohden and Avery Leitman; dear sister of Albert (Barb) Alderman, Eman Alderman, and Rick (Sharon) Alderman. Patsy was a loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
