Paul Arthur Kunzweiler, 77 years old of OFallon, MO. passed away Thursday morning May 11, 2006 following a brief illness. Paul was born on June 29, 1928 in Fulda , MN and was the youngest of four brothers. Paul and his wife, Alice C. Kunzweiler were married at All Saints Catholic Church in St. Peters, MO on October 13, 1956. They had four sons: Ron, Tim, Steve and Ted who attended Assumption Grade School and St. Dominic High School in OFallon, MO. Paul retired after 30 years of employment with McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO as an engineering liason. Paul served three years in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska. Paul loved woodworking and could often be found in his workshop working on a variety of projects. He enjoyed the time spent with his sons, especially fishing and going to air shows. Paul was an avid reader and loved anything to do with history. Paul is survived by his wife, Alice, his four sons and 16 grandchildren: Ron and his wife, Diane Kunzweiler and their children, Cindy, Denise, Becky, David, Christy, Katie, Kathy and Autumn Rose; Tim and his wife Sheila Kunzweiler and their children, Alex and Rachel; Steve and his wife, Christine Kunzweiler and their children, Sandra, Jenny and Jackie; Ted and his wife, Susie Kunzweiler and their children, Nicholas, Aaron and Madison; dear brother of Joe Kunzweiler and the late Vince and Dick Kunzweiler. Paul left behind many other friends and extended family including his good friend Chuck Huffman, his next door neighbor Glenn Schalk, and his good friend Mark Loeffler.
