Paul had an entrepreneurial spirit that touched the lives of many. After retiring in 2009 Paul spent every day of his life living it to the fullest. He was funny, extremely kind and full of heart. He loved boating, traveling, playing cards, and spending time with friends and family. Paul had a passionate love for the LSU Tigers. Every Tigers game you would find him watching intently, while sticking to his game day traditions of boiled peanuts, shrimp and crab boil (best Cajun boil ever), eating pomegranates and of course cheering his alma mater boys on with at least one beer. Paul was proud of his Cajun roots and superstitions, therefore, every game day he would wear his lucky LSU Tigers “game day shirt.”
He was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Hazel and his brother Al.
