Dear husband of Jacquelyn Rother (nee Marshall); Dear Son the late Henry J. and Flora M. Rother; Loving Father of Michael P. (Stacy) Rother, Barbara (Richard) Bowling, Kay (Donald) Limper, Jill (Dan) Whitsitt, Julie (Brett) Roach, and John (Robin) Rother; Dear Brother of John H. (Ann) Rother; Doting Grandfather of Piper M. Rother, James and Paul Bowling, Jesse and Kelley Limper, Ryan and Kate Whitsitt, Nathan and Carson Antoine, Brody and Sydney Roach, and Matthew and Brianna Rother. He is preceded in death by Sister, Mary L. Cooper and Brother-in-law, Ian Cooper. Paul graduated from St. Charles High School, Class of 1944 and was Class President. He also served as the Commencement speaker for the St. Charles High School Class of 1974 graduation. He served in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri- Columbia with a B.S. and Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. Paul was a founding partner in the Boonslick Medical Group and practiced medicine in St. Charles for 40 years. He was a Staff Physician for Lindenwood College Student Clinic. His memberships include: Past President of the St. Charles-Lincoln County Medical Society, Councilor of Missouri State Medical Society 1979-1981, Board Member and Past President St. Charles Park Board, Board of Directors for the First National Bank of St. Charles (Regions Bank). Paul provided free physicals for students who wanted to play High School sports and provided the First Aid Merit Badge Exams for Boy Scouts. Paul was a pillar of our community and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
