Paul Pennington

Loving husband of Diana M. Pennington; devoted father of Jared M. Pennington, Thomas J. (Kelly) Pennington and Austin T. Weber; cherished grandfather of Jack K. and Thomas J.; beloved son of the late John M and Dorothy A. Pennington; dear brother of James M. Pennington, Mary L. (Mike) Parmer, Judy A. (John) Buback; Carol J. (Troy) Wright; Roger A. Pennington, John T. (Victoria) Pennington. He is preceded in death by his sister Joan M. Fischer and his brother Joseph H. Pennington. Favorite uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and a dear friend to Dan Schlesinger and John Stevens.

Paul served in the Missouri Air National Guard. After his service, he pursued a successful career for over 40 years in the Energy and Power Industry. He obtained a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. Paul held a variety of roles in operations, sales, customer service management, power plant installation and maintenance. He was very well liked, made very special friends, had an impeccable work ethic and always performed his job with great pride.

Paul was a kind soul, the happiest and most positive person. His selfless nature drove him to care for other’s needs before his own. Paul always treasured the time with his family. His favorite place outside of his home was the beach. He enjoyed visiting Disneyworld, playing golf, and taking trips where beautiful memories were made. He adored his grandchildren. Paul loved and was supportive of his sons and he was his wife Diana's best friend forever. Paul was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
