Paul W. Perry, 90, of St. Charles, MO passed away Friday, July 14, 2023. Paul was the son of Gilbert Perry and Fay (Doutt) Perry and was born in Edinboro, PA on April 11, 1933. He graduated from Edinboro HS in 1950. He attended Edinboro State Teachers College for a year before realizing that teaching wasn’t for him.  

Paul worked for a couple of years locally before joining the U. S. Air Force in 1952. He served as a munitions specialist and served in Korea in the closing days of the Korean war. After his service in the Air Force, he attended Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a B.S. in Forestry. He then attended North Carolina State University where he earned an M. S. in Forestry. Paul had a long career with Monsanto Company with most of it spent managing an agricultural research farm in St. Charles Co., MO. 

Paul married Margaret Marjorie Prihoda on January 25, 1958, and was a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret who passed away January 16, 2021, after almost 63 years of marriage. Paul was also preceded in death by his eldest daughter Suzanne Brooks. He is survived by three children, Steve Perry, Mark Perry (Suzie), and Gail O’Brien, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of St. Charles, MO. 

Paul was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial contributions may be made in Paul's name to Alzheimer's Association or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
