Paul R. Luttrell

Paul Luttrell was born on July 19, 1931 in Macomb Illinois to Fred and Winnetta Luttrell. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. Luttrell was a resident of St. Charles since 1976. He was the owner and operator of marinas in both Iowa and Missouri. Mr. Luttrell served in the U.S. Navy from 1953-1955 and was a member of the seabees. Mr. Luttrell is survived by his wife, Lily Luttrell of St. Charles Missouri, his sons, P. Richard Luttrell (Tracy) of St. Charles Missouri, and Scott E. Luttrell (Gwen) of St. Peters Missouri, his step children, Debra Widtfeldt (Jerry) of St. Peters Missouri, Patricia Seigel (Tony) of St. Charles Missouri, Jack Witte (Patricia) of St. Charles Missouri, Tom Witte of St. Charles Missouri, Mark Witte (Toni) of St. Charles Missouri, and Jim Witte (Marcia) of St. Charles Missouri, four granddaughters, Jessica, Emily, Eris, and Tristen, thirteen step grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren.
