Paula F. Schirmer

Paula F. Schirmer (nee Liss), of Osage Beach, MO, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018, at the age of 74. Loving wife of Terry Schirmer; beloved daughter of the late Sidney and Mary Liss; devoted mother of Wendy Degenhardt; cherished grandmother of Brent Degenhardt, Mallory (Dakota) Conrad, and Ethan Degenhardt; dear sister of Susan Shucart; she was a treasured aunt, great-aunt, and cousin to many.

Paula received her master’s degree from Mizzou and went on to work as a guidance counselor at Fort Zumwalt School District for 30 years. While Paula was at Mizzou she met her husband of 54 years, Terry. Paula enjoyed gardening, eating out, and spending time with family especially her grandchildren. Paula was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
