Cherished daughter of Arnie Phillips and Catherine Phillips; dear mother of the late Derrick Alexander Thomas; beloved Fiance of Lemoyne Thomas, Jr; dearest sister of Ricky Phillips, Ron Phillips, Leon Phillips, Anthony Phillips, Bernard Phillips, Artell Phillips and Luada Buckles; she was our dear niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her. Dr. Washington's Family Practice was in Wentzville, Missouri for 3 plus years.
