Pedros "Pete" Chekoudjian

Pedros “Pete” Chekoudjian, of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023 at the age of 74. Loving partner of Mary Beth Wright; beloved son of the late Tatijana and Vartan Chekoudjian; devoted father of Adam Chekoudjian; dear brother of Maria Flora and Michael Chekoudjian, and Bapkin (Mindy) Chekoudjian. 

Pete was a simple man and always took care of the people he loved. He was a kind person who loved helping people. He ran a paper route for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and retired after more than 20 years of delivering the news.  

Pete had a passion for cars and was known to buy a special selection when it crossed his path, such as his Jaquar and his ’59 Mercedes. He liked to stay active as well, and he walked his dog every day. 

More than anything, Pete’s son was everything to him, and they built a special bond through the years. They had so much in common and truly enjoyed spending time together. In their younger years, they went to the Zoo, Science Center, Museum, and as Adam tagged along on the paper route, Pete used him as child labor! (LOL)   

Pete was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
