Peggy Sue Grasser

Peggy Sue Grasser (nee Hughes), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Gerald Grasser; cherished daughter of the late Pearl and Loren Shanks; devoted mother of Cindy Grasser, Shane (Kim) Grasser, and Scott Grasser; loving grandmother of Megan Middleton, Josh (Megan) Grasser, Cody (Kathleen) Grasser, Travis (Maddie) Grasser, Tyler Grasser, Ben Grasser, Samantha Grasser, and Duncan Grasser; treasured great grandmother of Audrey, Tyler, Owen, Barrett, Evelyn, and Eleanor.

Peggy and Gerald shared nearly 71 wonderful years of marriage before her passing, finding joy in watching TV shows together and cherishing time with their family. A warm and bubbly person, Peggy was deeply family-oriented and unwavering in her support of her grandchildren. She had a passion for reading, adored her beloved dog, Muffin, and found creativity in making latch hook rugs. In her younger years, she loved attending craft shows and festivals. Peggy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Peggy 's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
