Dear daughter of the late Harry Ginter Alwine and the late Phyllis Barbara Alwine; dear mother of Michael Lee Ryan and Kate Ryan. Prior to retirement, Penney was a registered nurse for 30 years at St. Joseph Health Center, St. Charles and she was also a member of the Jr. Service League, St. Charles, MO.
