Miller, Sr. and Sofia Miller, loving husband of Margaret Miller, loving father of Philip Miller, III and Kathleen Miller, loving brother of Sophie (Robert) Miller-Audette and Margaret (Charles) Miller-Solberg, loving brother-in-law of Dan Bolling, loving son-in-law; brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He is preceded in death by infant sister, Martha Mary Miller and Carol Bolling. He was a member of Boy Scouts of America - Eagle Scout; Knights of Columbus Council 823-St. Charles; and St. Peter Parish.
