Philip M. Moore

Philip M. Moore of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away at the age of 100 on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Moore; his parents, Ralph and Ethel Moore; his brother, Wendel Moore; and his half-brother, Donald Moore.

Philip is survived by his children, Stephen Moore, Judy (Steve) Leeper, and Carey (Zana) Moore; his grandchildren, Jennifer Elloy, Jeff Leeper, and Brent Moore; and his great-grandchildren, Gracie Elloy, Sierra Elloy, Rory Moore, Brooks Moore, Scarlett Leeper, and McCaleb Leeper.

Philip proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Army Air Force. He retired from Boeing after many years of employment. Philip enjoyed spending time outdoors and liked to pass the time through fishing or golfing. He had a creative spirit, often taking up woodworking projects or painting to express his love for art. For fun, Philip looked forward to the times when he’d go out to enjoy a night of bowling or square dancing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial contributions in Philip’s name may be made to the American Heart Association.
