Phillip John Braun Sr.

Phillip John Braun Sr. of Saint Charles, MO, passed Sunday, August 5, 2018, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Sandra R. Braun (Plodzien); cherished son of the late Joseph and Alvera Braun; devoted father of Phillip J (Jennifer) Braun Jr.; loving grandfather of Taylor Braun, Brandon Braun, and Ryan Braun; dear brother of Alvera Sage; and loving Brother-in-Law, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend to many. Phillip was also preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers.
Phillip courageously dedicated more than 28 years with the St. Louis Fire Department before retiring as Captain. He was an active member with St. Cletus Catholic Church and a member of the St. Charles Knights of Columbus. Phillip was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Phillip’s honor to Back Stoppers or American Cancer Society.
