Phyllis J. Jackson

Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation. Jackson, Phyllis, age 69. Left this world on the 17th of January, 2008, with her loving family by her side. Her four daughters: Debbie Peirick, Donna (Greg) Callihan, Sally (Joe) Zakrzewski, Robin Buchheit and her six grandchildren, Natalie, Michelle, Sam, Summer, Sydney and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her second husband, Jerry S. Jackson, father, Earl Carwile, mother, Dale Hagedorn and sister, Wanda Hemker.
