Phyllis Yvonne Welch

Phyllis Yvonne Welch, age 61, passed away early Friday morning, December 8, 2017 in her residence at Lincoln County Nursing Home & Rehab.
She was born on January 20, 1956 in Paragould, AR, to Charles “C.T.” Thomas and Lily Earline Welch. She was their only child.
Shortly After her birth, C.T., Earline and Phyllis moved to Flint, MI when she lived until she was ten years old. They then moved back to Missouri where she lived out the rest of her days.
Phyllis was joined in marriage to Daniel Galusha in 1985 and they had two children David Thomas Welch and Traci Yvonne Welch.
She loved her family, friends, and appreciated time spent with them. She made many friends at her residence, Lincoln County Nursing Home, who cared for her and will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her two children, her Aunt Elwanda “Aunt Wanda” Croney, Aunt Pauline “Aunt Polly” Hollis, several cousins, family, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted on behalf of the family by Baue Funeral Home.
