Quincy Marie Arnold was born February 9, 1975, in St Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Valerie & Ronald Young and the late Gary Mayfield. Quincy joined the military October of 1997 and served her country proudly for over 20 years. During this time, she earned multiple ribbons and awards while deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan as well as spending time in Korea and Germany.
Quincy had many passions but none more than serving the community as a volunteer with several organizations.
Quincy passed quietly at home March 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, two aunts Pamela Murray and Shauntel Turner. She is survived by her Daughter, Asiana Arnold of Houston, TX and her son, Ja'Korus Arnold of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by her mother, Valerie Young of Cedar Rapids, IA, two sisters Quillian Young-Lewis of Jefferson City and Quimberly Thomas of Fountain, CO, grandmother Marie Turner of St. Peters, MO, two aunts Yvonne Evans of St. Peters, MO and JoAnn Nobles of Warner Robbins, GA, a nephew Qayden Thomas, three nieces Quiana Young, Quintera Lewis and Qamryn Thomas as well as two brothers-in-law Derric Thomas and Michael Lewis and several cousins.
