R. Diane Brueggemann

Diane Brueggemann (nee Dunlap), of Carter Lake, IA and formerly of Saint Peters, MO passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at the age of 65. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd A. Brueggemann; cherished daughter of the late William Alfred and Ruth Fern Dunlap. Devoted mother of Chris (Stacey Parker-Brueggemann) Brueggemann and Tom (Emily) Brueggemann; loving grandmother of Benjamin Lloyd Brueggemann, Theodore Winston Brueggemann, Hunter Eugene Haugen-Prucka, and Aurora Marie Haugen-Prucka; dear sister of Kathy Madras, and Russ Dunlap.

Diane was a faithful Lutheran. She was a Card Dealer at Harrahs and Ameristar casinos. Diane was also employed for the United States Postal Service. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and camping. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids. Diane was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Diane's name to the American Heart Association.
