R. Patrick Shannon

Beloved husband of Nancy H. Shannon; loving father of Margaret (Meg) Shannon of Tallahassee; dear brother of Sharon (and the late Charles) Randolph of Springfield; dear brother-in-law of Clark (Jenny) Coles of Atlanta and Linda (Steve) Freeman of St. Charles; son-in-law of Sue P. Coles of St. Charles. He will be loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by parents Robert L. and Julia Shannon. Mr. Shannon was Senior Vice President at Bank of America (formerly Boatmen's Bank) for 30 years prior to retiring to Florida. He graduated from Greenwood High School of Springfield in 1963 and the University of Arkansas in 1967. He was a member of Sigma Nu and the Elks Club. He served in the United States Army.
