Husband of Idell Baumann Woods; father of Glen Woods and Dianne Thoele (Sherwood) grandfather of Kevin Thoele. Son of the late Glen and Neva Woods. Mr. Woods was a member of Coast Guard Auxiliary Division 3; American Legion Post #312 and Boy Scouts of America.
