Blake (nee: Williams); dear father of Sharon Blake-Striebel, Ronald (Teresa) Blake, Steven (Mary) Blake, Kevin Blake, Dennis Blake, dear grandfather of Candice Blake, Kristin Blake, Nicole Blake. Mr. Blake was a founding member of O'Fallon Church of Christ which first met in his Lake Charles Hills home.
