Ramon “Ray” W. Finke

Ramon “Ray” W. Finke, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Margaret Finke; cherished son of the late Kenneth and Elizabeth Finke. Devoted father of Glenn (Debbie) Finke, Laura Gonce, and the late Alan R. (Stephanie Bearce, survives) Finke; son in law, Darrell Bearce; loving grandfather of Adam (Sami), Nichole (Nick), Josh (Jessy), Jacob, Hunter, and Logan; treasured great-grandfather of Sydney and Aspen; dear brother of the late Larry (Doris) Finke; loving relative and friend to many.

Ray enjoyed all sports (especially teams his grandkids were playing for), golfing, fishing, bowling, traveling, and seeing many new places. Ray and his wife Margaret of 63 years traveled frequently and have visited 45 states and their capitals. Many Tuesdays Ray could be found playing golf with the “Hippagators”. He was a family man, loving dad, and grandfather. Ray never knew a stranger, and he knew or met someone everywhere he went. Ray and Margaret enjoyed a variety of music ie. Ambassadors of Harmony, The Muny and Pops at Powel Hall. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church for many years and was involved in the Men's Club and ushering. Ray was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Ray’s name to American Parkinson Disease or St. Louis Children's Hospital.
