Randy Joseph LaMotte

Randy Joseph LaMotte, of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of the late Cindy LaMotte; cherished son of the late Dorothy and Ralph Steven LaMotte; devoted father of Jennifer (Byron) Lewis, Heather (Rudi) Baumbach, and Suzanna (Jonathan) Weimer; loving grandfather of Jackson, Katherine, and Tucker Lewis, Owen and Emma Baumbach, and Landon, Gavin, Harper, and Austin Weimer; dear brother of Sandy Eversman; treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Randy is also survived by the mother of his children, Blanche LaMotte.

Randy loved spending time on the lake, especially on the 4th of July with his daughters, enjoying fishing, boating, and fireworks. He had a passion for Halloween and delighted in dressing up with his grandkids. Randy was a proud Harley Davidson owner. He recently took up dancing, excelling after lessons. His love for travel took him across the world, from Germany to Mexico, and from Hawaii to Alaska. An active man, he embraced pickleball, took pride in his yard, and enjoyed grilling and an occasional cigar. He loved riding his slingshot and camping. A dedicated worker, Randy was considered a legend in his industry. His fun-loving nature and humor, whether through corny dad jokes or sharp wit, brought laughter to those around him. He was a big fan of the Dallas Stars, Dallas Cowboys, and St. Louis Cardinals. Randy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
