Randy Lee Manley of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Monday December 3, 2018 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of 40 wonderful years to Cindy Manley (nee Brinkmann). Treasured son of the late Homer & Lydia Manley; loving father of Shaun (Julie) Manley, and Michelle (Scott) Broeker; cherished grandfather of Chelsea Broeker, Jessica Manley, Austin Manley, Blake Manley, and Curtis Broeker; dear brother of Gene (Linda) Manley and Mary Storer; Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Randy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
