Earlewine, Ray of Edwardsville, IL, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at the age of 52. Beloved husband of Janis E. Earlewine; cherished son of William and Mary Earlewine; dear step-father of Jennifer (Edward) Calame and William (Carolyn) Compton; loving grandfather of Samantha (Mark) Thomas, Jessica (Larry) Woodson, Tyler Calame, Celia Compton, and Christian Compton; treasured great-grandfather of Cameron, Conner, Chloe, and Stella; dearest brother of William (Cynthia) Earlewine and Jerry (Carolyn) Earlewine; cherished uncle of Jordan Earlewine, Rachel Earlewine, Alex Earlewine, Rebecca Earlewine, and Bradley Earlewine.
Ray was a graduate of University of Missouri, with a bachelor’s in accounting. He was a licensed CPA for more than 30 years. He loved reading, traveling, and history. He enjoyed visiting Civil War museums, historic sites, and battlefields. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
