Mr. Blankenship was the dear father of Carolyn Bush of St. Charles, Missouri and the late Raymond E. Blankenship Jr.; dear grandfather of Benjamin Raymond Blankenship of St. Charles, Missouri; former husband of Carol Kuechler Blankenship of St. Charles, Missouri; special friend of Charlene Stratton of St. Charles, Missouri; dear brother of LaVerne Schoettle of St. Louis, Missouri and Margaret Kerpash of St. Charles, Missouri.
