Raymond L. Tenholder

Raymond L. Tenholder, of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Jeanette Tenholder; cherished son of the late Anthony and Teresa Tenholder; devoted father of Susan (the late Wayne) Buck, Michael (Carol) Tenholder, Kathleen (Taylor) Quallen, Peggy (Alan) Scott, and Mark (the late Garland) Tenholder; loving grandfather of Laura Simon, Nathan Tenholder, Andrew Tenland, Emily Buck, Kelly Grote, Evan Buck, Noah Beach, Nicholas Scott, Jennifer Tenholder, and Megan Tenholder; precious great grandfather of 11; dear brother of the late Robert  Tenholder, and brother in law of Margo Sneed

Ray proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force in the strategic air command during the Korean War. For 38 years he was a Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in Missouri and Illinois. A member of the Missouri Institute of Appraisers and the American Society of Appraisers, Ray served as president of both organizations. He was also founder of Tenholder Appraisal in St Louis, MO. Ray was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
