Noblin, Rev. Cicero "Jack", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Mary Irene Noblin; beloved son of the late Joseph and Jessica Noblin; devoted father of Jackie (Rick) Walker, Debra Cowick, and Cindy (Dennis) Southards; cherished grandfather of 13; treasured great-grandfather of 26. He is preceded in death by his siblings Lloyd, Royce, Bruce and Tyrell Noblin, and Charlene Andrews. .
