Rex Edwards, 86 of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022.
Rex, son of Joe and Della Edwards, was born August 1, 1935. He served 4 years in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. After his Air Force service, he worked for General Motors and retired from there in 1996. He was a certified electrician. On December 3, 1957, in Malden, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Eulene Blake.
Rex’s survivors include his wife, Eulene; one daughter, Cheryl Edwards; two grandchildren, Jessica Barnes and husband, Jon and Joshua Williams; four great-grandchildren, Kelsie Staniford, Kylie and Chloe Barnes and Olivia Bush; one sister, Inis Bultmann of Panama City, Florida.
Grandpa’s love will be reflected in his two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. All who knew him could tell you he never met a stranger. Rex was a very likeable guy, always ready to chat with anyone. He will be forever in our hearts and so deeply missed.
